Andie Diemer is a visuals editor, art director, and producer. She joined the Domino team in 2019 and oversees the visuals of Domino’s daily stories, from home tours to celebrity product recommendations.
Diemer has worked as a producer, art director, editor, and retoucher in the art departments of a variety of magazines, both print and digital, including Cookie, ELLE, Travel + Leisure, Food & Wine, SELF, Martha Stewart Living, Martha Stewart Weddings, GQ, and Pitchfork. She has photographed dozens of live concerts across New York City for The Bowery Presents, including Modest Mouse, Grimes, and Santogold. Whatever the idea, Diemer can help make it a reality—just ask her about the time she cast an owl for the cover of Martha Stewart Living.
In her free time, Diemer is the photo editor of Kazoo, a print indie magazine for girls that celebrates them for being strong, smart, fierce, and true to themselves. Kazoo was originally launched via crowdfunding and was the first children’s magazine to be awarded the General Excellence, Special Interest award by the National Magazine Awards.
Andie was a recipient of Elon University’s 2018 Top 10 Under 10 Alumni Award, which is awarded to outstanding young alumni who have achieved high levels of success, continuously work to elevate their communities, and are loyal alumni role models.
Andie graduated cum laude from Elon University with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and minors in both Art and African/African-American Studies. Andie was editor-in-chief of Elon’s student newspaper, The Pendulum, when they won the national Pacemaker Award from the Associated Collegiate Press, the highest honor the ACP gives.
After moving during the pandemic from Brooklyn to a lakeside bungalow, we installed two outdoor saw horses to function as storage for our kayak and stand-up paddle board. Easy access means more time on the water!
